Journaling Through Cancer and Beyond

Led by a licensed psychologist, this is a unique workshop intended for all those affected by cancer. Through education and discussion, this workshop will address the emotional and physical health benefits of journaling while on the cancer journey, overcoming barriers to journaling, and creating and sustaining a journaling practice. All workshop materials are provided.

You and Your Relationships: Growth through reflection

Small group workshop or sessions for couples led by clinical psychologist focused on noticing and examining existing interactional patterns, identifying areas to change, and establishing goals for growth.
